With a lightweight, flexible, high-grip elastomer-coated titanium core developed from F1 racing technology, the temples combine alligator skin from Louisiana, U.S.A., patent and perforated calfskin, python skin or platinum-plated or ceramic-coated metal. And just like each F1 car is constructed uniquely to suit the driving styles and strategy of its racer, all L-type models have a laser-engraved manufacturer's number and each frame moulds perfect to facial contours.
In addition, The Lens Men - The Centrepoint highlights the TAG Heuer Speedway Special Edition, designed by Kimi Raikkonen and featuring a lightweight alloy frame for supreme comfort and his logo on the right temple. The lenses offer outstanding visual precision with polarised layers to reduce glare, anti-reflective multi-layers to eradicate visual parasites, oleophobic coating to reduce grease sensitivity and an unbreakable Makrolon coating to prevent scratches.
