Like an annual medical check-up or visit to the dentist, a regular eye exam is the most important thing you can do for your eyes. We’ll help you maintain the best vision and detect a number of eye ailments before they turn into something more serious.

Our eye care services, featuring new and regularly upgraded, state-of-the-art equipment, include:

• Reviewing the general health of your eyes and assessing your current vision problems, such as eye coordination, muscle control and evaluating your current prescription
• Examining your eyes for signs of possible ailments, such as cataracts, retinal problems, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy with the ophthalmoscope
• Detecting and providing daily treatment recommendations for common problems such as dry eye, computer strains, bad colour vision and mild infections and irritations
• Providing vision training to relieve eye strains, headaches and double vision caused by convergence or accommodative insufficiency. This can also help kids with lazy eye syndromes
• Measuring the fluid pressure in your eyes, an important detector of glaucoma, with a tonometer
• Screening for visual field defects, which can indicate macular degeneration, macular holes, glaucoma and damages to the visual pathway
• Testing for colour vision defects with the Ishihara chart
• Overseeing a comprehensive contact lens care program, such as after-care visits, six-month check-ups and regular maintenance. Using the slit lamp, we'll check your contact lens fitting and detect possible infections, abrasions, allergy reactions and other related complications

In addition, we pay special attention to the following patients: Young children, as there is a higher incidence of ailments such as amblyopia, strabismus and binocular anomalies that are better detected early to ensure more effective response to treatments; young adults, who need to learn the responsibility and hygiene of using and taking good care of contact lenses; and geriatics, who need to learn how to use multifocal and progressive lenses and understand the necessity of regular check-ups for early detection of age-related diseases.
